Simone Genatt - President/Executive ProducerSimone Genatt, President of Broadway Asia, is committed to presenting theatrical entertainment to cultures throughout the world; in the last five years, she has introduced performances in over 30 countries. A graduate of Stanford University and L’Universite de Nice, Ms. Genatt is the recipient of the Robert M. Golden Award for outstanding creative achievement in the theater. Prior to founding Broadway Asia, Ms. Genatt was the Apprentice to Gerald Schoenfeld, Chairman of the Shubert Organization, which owns the largest number of Broadway Theaters in New York. She later worked with Roger Berlind, one of the most prolific independent producers on Broadway, with productions starring Glenn Close, Nicole Kidman, Richard Dreyfuss, Gene Hackman and Maggie Smith. She was the Managing Director of The Aspen Theater Company for several seasons and produced more than 8 shows per season for the Company. Ms. Genatt speaks six languages, and has degrees in theater direction and production, sociolinguistics and musical theater. She is a member of the Broadway League of American Theaters and Producers.
Marc Routh - Chairman/Executive ProducerMarc Routh is one of the producers of SWEENEY TODD, HAIRSPRAY (Tony Award, Drama Desk Award, Drama Critics Circle, Drama League Award, Best Musical), THE PRODUCERS (Tony Award, Drama Desk Award, Drama Critics Circle, Drama League Award, Dora Award, Variety Critics Poll Award, Evening Standard Award, Helpmann Award, Best Musical) on Broadway and in the West End; and the current New York and touring productions of STOMP (Drama Desk Award and Obie Award for Unique Theatre Experience) off-Broadway.

He is a partner in Richard Frankel Productions, which was a producer of the Broadway and touring productions of ANGELS IN AMERICA, DAMN YANKEES and A COCKTAIL HOUR.
As co-founder for Broadway Asia with Simone Genatt, he has presented the North American tours of the VIETNAMESE WATER PUPPETS and COOKIN', as well as productions of STOMP, SWING! and SMOKEY JOE'S CAFÉ in Asia.
He is a partner in On the Road, a theatrical booking agency, Showtix, a Broadway group sales company, Broadway Inner Circle, a premium ticket company, and with his partners operates the Arts Theatre in London.
He is an Adjunct Professor for the Graduate Department of Theatre Studies for Brooklyn College where he has taught "Business Management for the Performing Arts" for the last ten years, has lectured at Columbia University, Youngstown State University, New York University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is the recipient of the Robert Whitehead Award as Outstanding Commercial Theatre Producer and is the current president of The League of Off-Broadway Theatres and Producers.
Maria Flotta has spent the past 15 years working in all facets of tour and production management. At Columbia Artists Management Inc., she worked with numerous domestic and international attractions touring throughout the US and Canada, including the debut national tour of STOMP, Tharp/Baryshnikov 92/93 tour, New York City Opera National Company and Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre.
She later went on to create On The Road Booking for the Frankel/Routh/Viertel/Baruch Group, which represented The Sound of Music National Tour starring Richard Chamberlain, The Irish and How They Got That Way, La Tirana and Smokey Joe’s Café for European touring.
Joining Trawick Artists and Community Concerts as National Sales Director encompassed not only artist and tour representation for standard performing arts markets but working with a roster of over 80 artists and 12 sales representatives, oversaw the effort to bring the arts to over 200 communities across the United States.
Before joining Broadway Asia, she was general manager for a production in development titled, Closet Space and producer for both theatrical and corporate events in Boston and New York.
